Was right across the street from our airbnb so we opted to do take out for a quick dinner. Seems like a local place run by a Viet couple One of the better pho I've had as far as takeout, in regards to flavor. Broth was a bit on the saltier side so I diluted with boiled water. But otherwise, the meats were solid and came with a nice amount of bean sprouts, which I love. Main gripe is that we ordered a large and I'm not sure I would even call it a medium.

This lovely little spot definitely hits the spot for pho! Only pho is on the menu, but they do have spring rolls and fried egg rolls to round out the meal. I ordered the brisket pho in a small size (you can get small, med, or large) with an order of egg rolls (2 per order), and finally a cup of real young coconut water with shaved slices of coconut in it. The food was simply heartwarming and made me think of my mom's cooking, as is how the owner, Kim, made me feel with her grace and gentle approach. The food was delicious and so comforting, and even the small portion itself is fit for a quick or laidback meal. The egg rolls came out fresh and piping hot, and came with some sweet chili sauce and lettuce to wrap. I highly recommend this place for its homey-ness, quick and warm service, and if you ever miss your own parent's cooking.

Will always be in support of more pho shops opening up in Seattle! Stopped by for a quick lunch in the middle of a very cold day and immediately felt the warm embrace of that hot broth. Everything tasted super clean without compromising flavor, which is truly hard to find these days. Didn't expect to enjoy the pho so much because it's a relatively small and unassuming shop. But it is ran by the sweetest family who got my food out in less than 2 minutes. Definitely a great additional to this area of capitol hill. Would highly recommend.

Ran over to this place on a Sunday night after a terrible experience at Mamnoon. Wasn't crowded at all which was surprising so we got seated immediately. The people working there are super nice (and really funny) and they were showing us the bowls for each size which is so cute. We ordered the number 5 and number 9 and the pho came out SO fast. I don't think we even got to ask each other how we were feeling before the food came out. I was incredibly impressed the entire time. The service was really the highlight of the experience. The food itself was really good. The broth wasn't too salty yet was very flavorful. The noodles and meat were good. Ambiance wise this place was really clean and well kept. Nothing special about the decor but do you really need gimmicky lights or decorations if you just put out banger food? Definitely will come back if I'm hungry and in the area!

Great Pho! Quick service. Will return if they are open. It's been closed for a few days now. I'm visiting Seattle for a conference and staying with Sonders (at Pivot) and this place is across the street. This restaurant's location is a hole in the wall (mom and pop feel), clean, cozy and the food was so good and satisfying!

I wish I found this place sooner when my pho craving hits but I'm glad to have discovered it now! It's a very small family run shop in Cap Hill that serves basically just one thing: pho. Their broth is clean and flavorful, not too oily, and perfect for a cloudy Seattle day. I got a small and found it to be the perfect size. And they really didn't skimp in the meat in their bowls either! It's a quick meal since our bowls came out shortly after we ordered so it's perfect if you need something fast but still soothing for the soul. Highly recommend this pho place in Capitol Hill!

Great pho. Good prices. Super fast and friendly service. And unassuming atmosphere. This is a perfect spot for a hot pick-me-up bowl of light but savory pho on a chilly day.

My friend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon for a quick lunch. When we walked inside, the restaurant was small, but we were seated right away by the window. Food: My friend and I shared the avocado spring rolls and the vegetarian pho. The avocado spring rolls were delicious and well made! I wish more places would make vegetarian spring rolls. The peanut sauce was also great. The vegetarian pho was good, and I would order it again. My friend and I also each ordered a thai tea that was the perfect complement to our meal. Service: Our server was the sweetest lady. She came quickly after we were seated to bring us waters. She took our order with smiles and just seemed so very kind. When we were leaving, she asked if we wanted more thai tea to go which isn't necessary but much appreciated! Our food also came out super quickly after ordering. TL;DR - good pho, good spring rolls with wonderful service and speed

It was a small hole in the wall shop. My friends and I were walking through downtown Seattle on a mission for ramen but it was clear blue skies with the sun raining down. Blazing hot to the point where my weather app said "the sun hates you're face and is determined to give you wrinkles". In the midst of walking we spotted this small pho shop and decided step inside. It was being run by what seems to be an old couple. Their English wasn't great but they were very kind and eager to give us what we asked for and we eventually sorted things through. The food was very satisfying and exactly what I wanted. I say it's very much worth a look

This tiny restaurant does one thing - pho - and they do it very, very well. The pho is filling, tasty, and blazingly fast. It's a little more expensive than you might pay for pho in the ID or U district, but very reasonable for the neighborhood. I usually take my food to go, but there are a few tables of you would prefer to eat in. The website allows you to order pickup on Grubhub, but you can save yourself a few dollars by just calling ahead. The order will be ready in 5 min. When you arrive it will be sitting on a table by the door. You can hand you credit card to one of the old couple who run the place, and then be on your way.
